You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. You must be based in the United Kingdom or have a UK-applicable interest in rent-to-rent property strategies.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the programme. We review every application and reserve the right to decline any applicant at our discretion. Acceptance is communicated via WhatsApp or phone call.
Payments are processed through Whop. By making a payment, you agree to Whop's terms of service in addition to ours. Available tiers:
Payment plans may be available via Klarna or other financing options offered at checkout. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Upon successful payment and onboarding, you will receive access to the Skool community and course content. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
All content, materials, templates, frameworks, and resources provided through our programmes are the intellectual property of R2R Collective. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any of our materials without prior written consent.
We do not guarantee any specific financial results. All income figures, case studies, and testimonials shared on our website or in our marketing materials represent individual results and are not typical. Property investment carries inherent risk, and your results will depend on your effort, market conditions, available capital, and other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R2R Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms, engage in disruptive behaviour within the community, or share course materials without authorisation. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or within the Skool community. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
