R2R Collective is a mentorship and education programme, not a physical product. Because of the nature of digital services and the immediate access granted upon enrolment, our refund policy is structured to be fair to both you and us.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. During this period, you may request a full refund.
Important: If you access the course content, community, or attend any coaching calls within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that service delivery has begun and you may waive your right to a full refund for the portion of the service already delivered.
Access to any module, resource, coaching call, or community is logged and timestamped. In the event of a dispute, this data will be submitted as evidence that service delivery has commenced and the cooling-off right has been waived.
After the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We are under no obligation to issue a refund after this period, but we will consider requests where:

If you are on a payment plan (e.g. via Klarna or other financing), cancellation of the programme does not automatically cancel your payment obligations. You remain responsible for all scheduled payments unless a refund is approved under this policy.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your access to all programme materials and pursue the matter through appropriate channels. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please contact us first.
If we terminate your access due to a breach of our Terms of Service (e.g. sharing course materials, abusive behaviour), no refund will be issued.
